Nucleic-Acid Metabolism related Enzyme Antibodies
We have a product lineup of antibodies for enzymes related to nucleic-acid metabolism. It has been reported that these antibodies are useful for forecasting the efficacy of 5FU cancer drugs and forecasting cancer prognoses.

Enzymes in the body related to nucleic acid metabolism include thymidylic acid synthesized enzyme (TS), dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase enzyme (DPD), thymidine phosphorylase (TP), and orotate phosphoribosyltransferase (OPRT).

These enzymes are known to be involved with the activation, metabolism, and digestion of the metabolic antagonist 5FU. In addition, it has been reported that enzymes like TS and DPD are factors involved in the prognosis of cancer patients.
