- How to wash ELISA plate using a wash bottle (Video)
Many cases of trouble shooting with regard to ELISA is related to washing process.
The time for washing process is quite important for obtaining reliable assay result.
We recommend to wash an ELISA plate using a washing bottle rather than using a multi-channel pipette as duration for washing process is much shorter if no auto-washer is available at your lab.
