Test Design
10 C57BL/6L (normal) mice model were divided in 2 groups (5 each) for the purpose of evaluation as NASH model animals and Osteopontin and DANCE/Fibulin-5 (fibrosis markers) and LRG (Inframatory marker) were measured with liver function enzymers (AST and ALT) in blood after 6 weeks fed the following food.

1 Control Group
Fed Control Food
(Research Diet, Inc. A06071314)

2 Testing Groug
Fed Choline-deficient, L-amino acid-defined, high-fat diet (CDAHFD) food
(Research Diet, Inc. A06071302)

In the result, it was confirned that the level of Ostenopontin, DANCE/Fibulin-5 and LRG in blood of Testing Group2 were elevated with liver function enzymers, AST and ALT.

The following ELISA products were used in the study.

#27351 Mouse Osteopontin Assay Kit - IBL
#27121 Human Fibulin-5/DANCE Assay Kit - IBL
