Product Description
Product Description
Nestin is one of the intermediate filaments abundantly produced in the developing central nervous system and sometimes in the embryonic stage. Nestin is also reportedly detected in gliomas/glioblastomas. Thus, the antibody against nestin can be widely used as a marker for proliferating neural progenitor cells in the nervous system. Human Nestin protein consits of 1856 amino acids and shows about 240 kDa by western blotting.
FAQ
FAQ
-
Q.Can it be used for IHC for mouse and rat samples? What kind of positive control was used for?
-
A.Yes, it can. We use human lung adenocarcinoma and human stomach cancer tissues for positive control.
